We aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, Monday to Saturday.
Free Click & Collect on all orders
We offer free click & collect to our store in Hatton Garden. Delivery times vary depending on the store selected. Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout. In general, orders are ready for collection within 4–8 working days. We will notify you once your order has been processed and again when it is ready for collection.
Refund and Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalised or bespoke items may be non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds are processed after inspection.
